Through the years Aabo Maleanlæg has built-up a great experience basis within internal transport of goods with conveyor systems, because projecting and design of a painting plant may be a greater logostic problem than a paint-technical problem as the plant shall be optimised to take up least possible m².

Single conveyor
 Single conveyor system is a cardan chain running in a C-profile and can by special bends be led horizontal as well as vertical and driven by one or more driving units. The chain can drive loads of up to 100 kg each m and with a speed of 0-15 m/min.
The chain can be quoted with pitches of 180-270-360 mm between the suspension points. A single conveyor system can drive through our ovens with temperatures of up to 250° C and requires a minimum of maintenance. Single conveyor can also be made with loadbars.
Special single conveyor for high temperature
This unic Aabo conveyor has the same data as the normal single conveyor, however, it is water cooled and can be used by temperatures of up to 450° C and has shown its worth in many plants delivered by Aabo Maleanlæg.
Power & Free conveyor system
 Here 2 C-profiles are mounted above each other. In the upper profile the driving cardan chain is running and in the lower profile the loadbars. It can be driven horizontal as well as vertical by special bends. The loadbars can be accumulated on long sides and by cross transport in 45° and 90°.
These systems can drive weights of up to 3.500 kg as standard and item length up to 15 m. The chain is driven by one or more drive units with speeds of 1-15 m/min.
Power & Free conveyor can be delivered with switching gates, turning unit, weight control, drop/lift stations and control stations.
Manual conveyor
 Manual conveyor systems can be used for many tasks and manage loads up to 1.00 kg each wagon. The system is constructed of the same profiles as the other systems.
