Oven
Aabo conveyor oven is a energy saving oven. The oven has 200 mm insulation as standard and a construction which has reduced the heat conductor losses to about 10% of those previously known. Aabo ovens are manufactured in many variations like water drying oven, curing ovens or high temperature ovens.
 A standardized modular construction allows optional height and width and variable section lengths make it possible to achieve any length.
Should production increase beyond that originally planned, the oven can be extended with additional modules.
The oven operates on the universal convection principle which works effectively whatever the item's size and design. A high air circulation speed, together with the special placing of injection slots, gives a high uniform heat transmission, thereby achieving a relatively short oven length.
 The strong self-supporting steel construction means a flexible structure with few base supports. One can therefore advantageously mount the oven under the roof and save floor space.
 Aabo box ovens have the same energy saving construction as mentioned under conveyor ovens.
Box ovens are not only effective for paint and powder burning in, but can also be adapted to numerous other heat technical purposes because of the many accessories.
Box ovens fit naturally into a manually operated finishing plant.
Manual finishing plants are suitable under the following circumstances:
- Small series
- Occasional paint requirement
- Large items
- Diverse items
- Different paint processes
As a transport system, shelved races or a manual conveyor with trolleys.
For heating of all Aabo ovens you may use gas, electricity or oil. Our standard burner systems can be loaded until 550 kW with air outputs of max. 72.000 m³/h each burner unit. Our standard burner can be supplied for direct or indirect heating.
Aabo Maleanlæg covers the whole temperature scale from 50° C up to 450° C.
